–The Deerwood Police Department utilize two squad cars. These squads are outfitted with up to date equipment including radars and squad cameras.–

–We carry lifesaving equipment including oxygen, first aid kits and defibrillators.–

–We respond to most medical emergencies in the city limits, rendering aid and assisting the ambulance crew.–

Deerwood Police provide security checks for residents who are out of town. If you would like to be placed on a property watch list please call with your address, dates, and contact information for a key holder we can contact while you are away.

If you see suspicious activity occurring, please report it to the Crow Wing County Dispatch Center immediately. The Deerwood Police Department and its officers actively patrol the city limits while on duty and will respond as quickly as possible to your report.
